VISIT THE ARCHIVES

The Archives Reading Room is open to researchers Tuesday to Saturday with the exception of Thursday mornings. Appointments are available in two (2) hour intervals from 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm.

Before booking an appointment, please read the following:

Reading Room capacity is limited to two (2) guests at a time.
Masks are required in the Archives Reading Room.
Researchers will be requested to wear gloves when handling archival materials.

You may wish to contact the Archivist at 519-941-1114, extension 4014 prior to booking to discuss your research and confirm the availability of materials. A researcher may make back-to-back appointments if that is needed to complete their work.

Complete the following steps in the form below to book an Archival Research Appointment.

Step 1: Select either a Morning (11am-1pm) or Afternoon (2pm-4pm) appointment.

Step 2: Select a date from the calendar.

Step 3: Click on the time displayed (either 11am or 2pm).

Step 4: Fill our your contact information, details about your research and consent.

Step 5: Submit by clicking the “book” button.
