We are located at the corner of Highway 89 & Airport Road between the Towns of Alliston (to the East) and Shelburne (to the West).

PARKING

  • Parking is free at the MoD.
  • Our parking lot has two accessible parking spaces.
  • Bus, trailer or motorhome/RV parking is available.
  • Overnight parking is NOT permitted.

ACCESSIBILITY

MoD front entrance

The MoD is equipped with an accessible entrance and elevator. All gallery areas are wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the 2nd story of the historic 1881 Dufferin House and Crombie’s Train Station. iPad stations with interior photographs and enlarged text options are provided for these historic houses.

  • Our accessible entrance is located to the right of the main entrance doors.
  • Support persons are always admitted at no charge.
  • Support animals are welcome.
