MUSEUM OF DUFFERIN SUMMER CAMPS

Registration open March 1st Museum Summer Camps

Calling young artists! Campers will learn about a variety of artistic mediums such as drawing, painting and sculpting. We’ll also get messy using tie-dye and playing art themed games throughout the week. Each camper will have a chance to create multiple artworks to be displayed in their own exhibit!

Time to get digging! If you know a child that loves to get messy and be hands-on, this camp is for them! Learn all about the world of archeology through hands-on digs, excavation, crafts and outdoor activities. On the final day of camp, they will host their very own exhibit of all of their findings!

We’re looking for some fashionistas! If your child has ever been curious about making their own clothes, learning about the history of fashion or having their own fashion show, this camp is for them! Each camper will get a chance to create their own garments through instruction and guidance by counselors. At the end of the week, campers will host their own fashion show to show off their pieces to their families!

Please note: This camp will require the use of sharp objects such as sewing needles and scissors. For safety, we cannot accept children under the age of 9 years old

At the end of the week, we will host a red-carpet screening of their completed film for campers and parents to enjoy!
